Glad to see you here! By initiating this blog, I can finally say that I have stepped on the path of self-discovery . I would like to bring out the significance of Indian cuisine & culture and reach out to as many as people through this blog. Indian cuisine is unique in spite of its diversities. Food prepared from fresh ingredients is true nourishment to the body. When there is purity in food the mind also becomes pure, when the mind is pure our overall wellbeing that is body and soul reflects satvik tatva (Pure element) . Food has always been auspicious for us. Food itself is medicine for many health problems. Indian food is a blend of pulses, grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs and spices which makes a wholesome balanced meal. Every indian family cusine includes a wide assortment of dishes and techniques as a consequence there is a variation.
