Spinach Puri & chicken curry….

Recipe in short:
Add spinach paste ( grind spinach without adding water) to the wheat flour.  Knead dough. Make lemon size balls n flattened with rolling pin. Deep fry & serve with pickle/ dum alu/ any curry.
For chicken curry marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic & salt for two hours. In pan heat 3 tbsp oil. Add bay leaf & onions and chilli. Add ginger garlic paste.saute. add marinated chicken. Cook until oil leaves pan. Add turmeric,salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. Add 1 cup water. Cook in simmer. Switch off when cooked. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve.
