
Another sweet delicacy prepared on makara Sankranti is nuvvula patti/ till burfi. Till gud is ever green combo for winter s too. Healthy, nutrients enriched with iron, calcium and vitamin s.


Ingredients:
Sesame seeds- 1 cup
Jaggery- 1 cup

Procedure:
1. Clean and fry sessame seeds.
2. Let it. Cool.
3. Add jaggery in a pan. Make syrup . when it attains two string consistency ( becomes hard when dropped in bowl of water).


4. Add roasted till. Mix well


5. Spread on a greased tray. Keep aside.


6. Cut in to pieces when it is hot.



7. Cut n store in dry place.
