Chia seeds are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium.
Mangoes are in season so am choosing here as topping, you can opt your fav fruit n nuts.
Chia seeds- 1 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Nuts- almond and pistachio few
Mango – 1
1. Soak chia seeds in 1/4 th cup water for one hour.
2. It becomes jel like substance. Add one cup milk and soak for half an hour.
3. You can prepare this basic preparation in refrigerator and store. It comes handy in the busy mornings.
4. Peel& chop mangoes in to dices.( You can add these pieces to the chia mix if you like)
5. Blend in to smooth paste.
6. Take a serving glass add lil chia mixture and then mango pulp. Next chia n mango in alternative manner.
7. Add nuts of your choice.
8. Enjoy chilled mango delight.
