Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, it is necessary to keep in mind that it should meet our daily requirement like fibre, protein and carbohydrates. Spinach is rich in fibre and iron. Eggs and multigrain bread keeps you filling giving you energy.
Spinach_ 2 small bunches ( chopped finely)
Onion chopped finely one
Salt to taste
Peppper powder- 1/4 tsp
Bread slices- 4
Butter – 1 tsp
1. Heat half tsp butter in pan. Saute chopped onion chopped spinach.
2. Break eggs and add salt and pepper and beat well. Add eggs mixtureto the sauted spinach mix.. Mix all scrambled eggs and spinach. Switch off.
3. Toast bread slices with little butter and sauce. Top it with the prepared stuffing. Or make it like a sandwich.
4. Enjoy hot healthy toast/ sandwiches with your favourite sauce.
