Breakfast 😋… healthy low carb ….in the frame scrambled egg, paneer and vegetables with green tea made with garden fresh herbs 🌿

Recipe: ( for one person)

Egg – 1 Fresh home made scrambled paneer.. 1 tsp Green peas handful Capsicum diced 1 tsp Radish .. grated 1 tsp Onion chopped- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste half tsp Green chillies chopped half tsp Tomato diced half Salt, pepper, cumin powder garam masala powder a pinch Procedure: 1. Heat butter in a pan saute onion, chilli and radish grated. 2. Add green peas and ginger garlic paste. Cook well n close lid for 2 minutes. 3. Now add capsicum, tomato and scrambled paneer. Add turmeric, pepper powder and all spices. 4. Pour egg over it. Close the lid. 5. After a minute stirr well and serve hot with tea. Or you can use it as sandwich filling. Enjoy.
