
Breakfast 😋… healthy low carb ….in the frame scrambled egg, paneer and vegetables with green tea made with garden fresh herbs 🌿

Recipe: ( for one person)
Egg – 1 Fresh home made scrambled paneer.. 1 tsp Green peas handful Capsicum diced 1 tsp Radish .. grated 1 tsp Onion chopped- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste half tsp Green chillies chopped half tsp Tomato diced half Salt, pepper, cumin powder garam masala powder a pinch Procedure: 1. Heat butter in a pan saute onion, chilli and radish grated. 2. Add green peas and ginger garlic paste. Cook well n close lid for 2 minutes. 3. Now add capsicum, tomato and scrambled paneer. Add turmeric, pepper powder and all spices. 4. Pour egg over it. Close the lid. 5. After a minute stirr well and serve hot with tea. Or you can use it as sandwich filling. Enjoy. Hi Rani… every time you surprise us with different and tasty recipes.The chick pea salad and now the above recipe are loking so yummy.vegetable scrambled egg for Breakfast is a great idea.Adding raddish is a very healthy option which we don’t think of.Thank you Very much for sharing such healthy n yummy recipes.Keep it up.👍
