
I often think about starting my day with yoga, meditation followed by detox/vegetable juice. I fail to implement it on regular basis. But believe me, whenever I do follow regularly for few days I observe numerous changes in my health. It’s quite important to detoxify toxins accumulated in our body which impacts our metabolism. Starting our day productively indeed keeps us active all day.
To kick-start your day with vegetable juice not only improves your digestion but also adds significant nutrients to your body.

✓🥕 Carrot– rich in vitamin’A’. Improves eye sight.
✓🥒 Cucumber– low in calories.contains good amount of water and soluble fibre.
✓ 🌰Beetroot- good source of of potassium. Helps nerves and muscle function properly.
✓🍅 Tomato- Helps to purify blood. Lowers cholesterol.
✓{}Ginger- Powerful antiinflammatory and antioxidant properties.
✓🍋 Lemon– rich in vitamin’C’. Boosts immunity.
✓🍯 Honey- Often referred as superfood sweetener.
✓🌾 Wheatgrass- Many thereputic benefits like in treating anaemia,as an immunity booster and in detoxification.
Note: If you are allergic to wheat or gluten intolerance orceliac desease or pregnant or lactating do not use.
INGREDIENTS:
Pomegranate- 1 small
Cucumber- 1 small
Carrots- 2
Beetroot- half piece
Tomato- 1(riped)
Wheat grass- 1/3 cup
Ginger – small piece
Mint leaves- 3 to 4
Honey- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp.
TIPS:
• Initially start using wheatgrass in low quantity (1/2 tsp juice) slowly increase up to 1 tsp. The Daily dose should not exceed 1 tbsp.
• Consume juice as fresh as possible. Slowly sip the juice in a relaxed state. This allows your digestive enzymes to start working and will help your body digest fast.
• Use organic or homegrown wheatgrass. If not available you can add wheat grass powder.
• Spinach/kale leaves/parsley leaves can also be added in place of wheatgrass.
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOKING TIME: 5 minutes.
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes.
PROCEDURE:
- Put all the ingredients except honey and lemon in a juicer.

2.If don’t have juicer grind well in mixer jar strain in a muslin cloth and dicard the pulp.
3.Pour extracted juice in a glass, add honey and lemon juice.

3. Enjoy this palatable and healthy juice. start your day with this nutrient rich drink.

Hi tried the juice…yummy n nutritious….now onwards vl try to take this detoxifying juice at least twice a week
